So one of the things I have found over the years is that when the market explodes in sales like it has in the last couple years, there's a lot of outside companies that jump in and all of a sudden are experts in roadside assistance and service contracts. I'm here with Tori from CoachNet, and I've been working with you guys since way back in Winnebago. And tell me a little bit about your roadside assistance program. Okay. So our roadside assistance program, we pride ourselves on being RV specialized. So there are no third party call out centers. When you call us, you're getting all of us under one roof. So anywhere from, we're all in Dallas, Texas, anywhere from our CEO to our sales team to marketing, we're all there. So we're always gonna make sure that our customers get taken care of as soon as possible. And we always drop everything at the drop of a hat just to make sure our customers are taken care of as quickly as possible. 'Cause we know they're out on the side of the road and we wanna get them back out there making memories with their families. Yeah. Well, and all your technicians are certified? They go through the RVTI certification, plus all the component. So that's not just a cheat sheet that you're getting out there. That would be easy, wouldn't it? Yeah, it would be. But you see that, you know, right now. And you don't have limits on towing? No, we do not. There are some of the companies that have jumped in, that they'll only tow you 50 miles. Well, you don't have a deal or every 50 miles? No, you don't. And actually one of the things that in our service contract, we provide our basic roadside. And so, you'll see a lot in service contracts that they do have those limits. And at CoachNet we don't have limitations on mileage, dollar or service caps. We pride ourselves on having a great network. And we have over 300 dealer partners throughout the US and Canada which brings in that great network of people. And our vendor services has a dispatch background. So they're very well-versed in looking for the right providers out there that can take care of our customers out on the road. Yep. Tell me about your technical support system which is very important. Okay. So one of the biggest things that we love about CoachNet and one of the things that we hear our customers say they love about CoachNet is our 24/7 tech assist. You can call us 24/7, 365, we will never not be there for you. So whereas you buy from a dealership, they close at 6:00 PM we are gonna be an extension of that dealership if they're one of our partners. We know that our customers, whether you're a newbie that's out on the road, you're gonna need us sooner or later. And the ones who have been RVing for many years, they've already been through it. So they know they're gonna need us as well. So we love being that support for our customers. There's so many products out there, and you're combining LP with 12 volt, with 120 volt and you're taking it down the road and to learn all that stuff just takes a long, long time. So. It does. So take advantage of the tech support. Trust me, not all service contracts and roadside assistance are the same. You want somebody that understands RV and has been in the industry for the long haul.
